Once your payment has been successfully authorized, the HALOYYRAN fulfillment team begins processing your order, including product inspection, secure packaging, and shipment preparation. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being transferred to our shipping partners.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Standard Shipping Parameters
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery generally ranges from 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier services.
HALOYYRAN offers standard international shipping to customers worldwide with a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD for all eligible international orders. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Delays
While HALOYYRAN strives to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances beyond our control—such as customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons—may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

4. Consignment Tracking System
Every order shipped by HALOYYRAN includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking details usually become available within 24–72 hours after shipment, depending on the carrier's system updates.

5. Segmented Consignments
If your order contains multiple products, your items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster processing and delivery.
In such cases, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email with an individual tracking number for each package. Please don't worry if your order arrives in multiple shipments.
6. Modification Requests & Time Constraints

7. Unclaimed Deliveries and Carrier Misdirections
If a delivery cannot be successfully completed because the recipient is absent,local mail authorities will routinely deposit an informational notice and securethe cargo at a regional holding station. Buyers are advised to interface directlywith their local postal provider to arrange collection. (Please observe that HALOYYRAN declines financial liability for packages permanently returned orabandoned due to recipient collection failures or erroneous address logs.)
8. Delayed Shipment Inquiries
To efficiently audit transit status, please employ this two-step evaluation matrixbefore reaching out to our service team:
- Assess Tracking Activity: Examine the date of the latest tracking entry. If anupdate has occurred within the past 7 days, your consignment is advancing through normal transport corridors.
- Escalation Window: If your tracking number yields zero operational updatesfor more than seven (7) consecutive days, please forward an escalationrequest to our care desk detailing your Order ID and contact details for deepinvestigation.
9. Lost and Displaced Cargo Policies
We understand the frustration associated with missing shipments. When an inquiry is initiated, the HALOYYRAN logistics team will conduct a formal investigation in coordination with the shipping carrier.
- Lost in Transit: If the investigation confirms that the shipment has been permanently lost during transit, HALOYYRAN will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
- Successfully Delivered Packages: Our responsibility concludes once the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. HALOYYRAN cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages reported missing after delivery. We recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or property management before contacting our support team.
